• Are the membership charges automatically reoccurring?  No, once your membership gets close to its last month we will contact you to see if you would like to renew your membership.

• Is there a limit to the amount of times I can ask to have my e-card updated? Yes, on average you can have your e-card updated 4-5 times a month. You will find that this is more then enough to make those small changes that come up.

• Can I request to have my e-card have a different layout/format?  To help keep the membership fees low we have created a format that is easy to build and maintain. All e-cards will have to have the same format but all images, fonts, and colors can be what ever your heart desires.  To view how each e-card still looks different from the next click here.

• Do I have to offer a coupon on my e-card?   You most defiantly do not have to.  The coupons do thou help track how many of your customers do come to you because of your e-card.  It also gives them an extra incentive to visit your business and save some money.  The coupons can offer anything you like and are a great tool.

• What are the different ways of paying for service?  You can pay through paypal, check, or money order. If you don't have a paypal account, you can set up one for free here.
